I really enjoyed meeting y’all today! Based on our quick chat, I took some time to go through the MSL and list out some properties that I thought would be within your price range and meet some of your specific desires.
A couple quick things to note: I only included properties with true finished SQFT (i.e. finished basements). In the state of Colorado, what you see in the MLS is effectively the total heated square footage, so often these numbers on any real estate site can be misleading since the unfinished basements are included in the high level number that you see and you really have to dig to find the true finished SQFT.
Please see some of the properties that I thought might be of potential interest to you and your family below and some of my thoughts/comments.

Great back yard, 3 car garage, hard wood floors on the main level, garden level basement, a little rougher around the edges, but perhaps not a bad value for the price.
Big deck and covered patio on green space, okay yard, walk-out basement with full second kitchen in basement
Large back yard, garden level basement, nice covered front porch, hard wood floors on the main level, upstairs, and basement
Pretty decent back yard, 3 car garage, tile roof, nice interior overall with hardwood floors is many areas, overall a very nice kitchen with lots of cabinets! Very nice finished basement with full bar.
Insanely large back yard with large patio – this is very hard to find in these areas! 3 car garage, hardwood flooring on main level, nice loft area, bathrooms are a bit dated though.
Okay yard, 3 car garage, lots of SQFT for the price, nice interior architectural elements, full wet bar in basement, nice deck.
Unique in this list in that it does not have a finished basement, but the total SQFT is 5,950, with 3,995 SQFT finished on the main and second level, leaving some real potential in the future to grow out the finished space. 3 car garage, smaller back yard, but very large covered porch. Unique with fully separate “Mother-In-Law” suite with its own mini-kitchen, etc. Very open and modern main living space, very new build with updated kitchen, nice upstairs loft.
3 car garage, okay yard, nice, but pretty small kitchen, garden level basement, lots of light with big windows.
Big covered patio with good back yard, nice looking kitchen, very large mudroom – great for winters, big upstairs loft, bathrooms are a bit dated.
3 car garage, decent back yard, hardwood floors throughout main level, decent kitchen, updated bathrooms throughout.
In Highlands Ranch, Okay back yard, small bar in basement.
In Highlands Ranch, I personally showed this one just a few days ago, good size yard, walk-out basement, higher property with better privacy and some views, mini bar area in basement.
In Highlands Ranch, decent back yard, garden level basement, nice covered deck, 3 car garage, tile roof, hardwood floors in much of the house.
Pretty big back yard, 3 car garage, terrible picture quality though inside the house! Mini bar area in basement.
Big back yard, with small covered porch.
Okay yard, walk-out basement, tile roof, some views, loft area upstairs.
